• Clear Shipping Cost: Since we only use premium express services, shipping is not free. We will provide a clear shipping quote and the carrier’s name before you pay.

2. Fast Production & Express Shipping

• Sample Orders: Usually ready to ship within 3–5 business days after design confirmation.
• Bulk Orders: Production time is based on the order quantity. We will agree on a specific timeline with you during the quoting process.
• Express Only: We exclusively use top-tier carriers like DHL, FedEx, and UPS. We do not use slow postal services.
• Shipping Time: Once dispatched, express packages typically arrive in 3–5 business days worldwide.

3. Tracking & Communication

• Instant Tracking Number: As soon as your order is picked up by the courier, we will immediately provide you with the tracking number.
• Real-time Updates: You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s official website until it reaches your door.

4. Special Handling & Delays

• Public Holidays: Production and shipping may be delayed during Chinese Public Holidays (e.g., Chinese New Year, National Day). We will always inform you in advance.
• Lost Packages: In the rare event of a lost shipment, we will work with the express company to investigate. We will stay in close contact with you to provide a replacement or a fair solution.
• Customs & Taxes: Any local import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
