1. Custom Orders & Design Approval

• Design Confirmation: Since we specialize in custom metal stickers, we will provide a digital proof or sample photo for your approval before mass production.
• Approval Responsibility: Once you approve the design, size, and spelling, we are not responsible for any errors in the final product that match the approved proof.

2. Quotes & Pricing

• Validity: All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated, due to potential changes in material or shipping costs.
• Currency: All prices are in USD unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Payment Terms

• Full Payment: For most orders, we require full payment before production starts.
• Bulk Orders: For large-scale orders, a deposit and balance payment plan may be discussed and agreed upon in writing.

4. Production & Shipping

• Timeline: Production starts only after the design is confirmed and payment is received.
• Shipping: As stated in our Shipping Policy, we use express carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS). Delivery dates are estimates provided by the carriers; we are not liable for delays caused by customs or courier issues.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Custom Products: Because our products are custom-made for your specific brand, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for non-quality issues.
• Quality Issues: If there is a clear manufacturing defect or the product does not match the approved design, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a fair solution.

6. Intellectual Property

• Your Designs: You warrant that you own the rights to any logos or designs you ask us to produce. We are not responsible for any trademark or copyright infringement related to your custom artwork.
• Our Content: All content on this website (text, images, logos) is the property of HCTech and may not be used without our permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

HCTech is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for your order.
